Booking conditions

Version of 19 October 2026. This is a translation; in case of difference, the French version applies.

1. Request and confirmation

A request sent from the website is not binding and requires no payment. We check availability and reply by email or WhatsApp. The booking becomes final once the deposit has been paid.

2. Price

• The price shown on the website includes the nights and the final cleaning (€160).
• You pay the price of the nights online. The cleaning (€160) is paid on site.
• Electricity and air conditioning are included.
• Bed linen and towels (€20 per set, optional) and the tourist tax are paid on site.

3. Payment

A deposit of 30% of the price of the nights is paid on confirmation. The balance (70%) is paid no later than two weeks before arrival. If the balance is not paid on time, we may cancel the booking.

4. Security deposit

A security deposit of €1,500 is taken as a pre-authorisation on your card (the amount is blocked, not charged). It is released after your departure, unless damage is found.

5. Your stay

• Arrival from 4 pm, departure before 11 am. We welcome you in person.
• Maximum 6 guests per villa.
• Minimum stay of 7 nights in July and August, 3 nights the rest of the year.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the houses.

6. Cancellation

If you cancel, send us an email or a WhatsApp message. The date of your message counts:

• more than 60 days before arrival: the deposit is refunded in full;
• 60 to 15 days before arrival: the deposit is kept;
• less than 15 days before arrival: the amounts paid (deposit and balance) are kept. If we rent the villa again for the same dates, we refund the price obtained for the new booking, up to the amount you paid.

Refunds are made within 14 days, using the same payment method.

If we have to cancel, we refund all amounts paid immediately.

A shortened stay (late arrival, early departure) is not refunded.

We recommend taking out cancellation insurance (often included with your bank card or travel insurance).

7. Right of withdrawal

Renting holiday accommodation for specific dates does not give a 14-day right of withdrawal (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
