Who is responsible for your data?

What data?

Only what you enter in the request form: your dates, the villa, the number of guests, your name, email, phone number and message.

Why?

To answer your request and, if you book, to manage your stay. We do not send advertising and we never sell your data.

On what basis?

Your request: we process your data to answer it and to prepare a possible rental contract (pre-contractual measures, article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Who receives it?

Only the family who manages the villas. The website is hosted by Cloudflare (United States), which forwards your request by email; our mailboxes are with Google (Gmail) and Apple (iCloud). These companies may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards provided by the GDPR (Data Privacy Framework). The fonts are hosted on our own website: no data is sent to Google Fonts.

How long?

Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted no later than 3 years after our last contact. Information related to a booking is kept for the period required by law (accounting).

Cookies

This website uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tools.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive your data, restrict its use or object to it, by writing to contact@lesbastidesdugolfe.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
